We would just like to convey our gratitude and appreciation to Sansome & George regards to the sale of 18 Mandeville Close earlier this year, particularly Helyn Collins & Patrick Dyer. Throughout a fairly drawn out process over the course of approximately 4 months, Helyn was instrumental in acting as an intermediary between both parties, following up with solicitors on her own accord, always providing prompt, concise updates and chasing actions where required without being overzealous. Helyn was always friendly and often diplomatic when dealing with an evidently frustrating situation between ourselves and the sellers with regards to our requirements for the purchase. We can quite honestly say that without Helyn, the process would’ve been potentially twice as long just relying on solicitors and the sale may not of even occurred as a result due to the seller's eagerness for a swift transaction. We would also like to extend our thanks to Patrick who initiated the proceedings. Patrick was very friendly & knowledgeable and showed great patience after several requested visits to the property owing to some initial uncertainty from ourselves about submitting an offer. Patrick demonstrated a friendly, relaxed, no pressure approach to the sale which was pleasantly received compared to other overly assertive agents elsewhere. Patrick also managed to persuade the sellers to reduce their asking price significantly to within our budget and again, without this, the accepted offer & subsequent purchase would not likely to have materialised otherwise. Following some poor experiences at a neighbouring S&G branch regarding other property searches previously last year, both Helyn & Patrick have, as a result, restored our confidence in the company.
