Arrears Fee:

£25.00 per rental period in arrears (£20.83 + VAT)

Change of Tenant Fee:

£120.00 (£100.00 + VAT)

Check Out Fee:

No Fee (Paid by Landlord)

Early Remarketing Fee:

£250.00 (£208.33 + VAT)

Fees to Landlord -

Let Only:

11.40% of 12 month’s rent (9.5% + VAT)

Let only service includes marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, arranging for the inventory to be carried out, carrying out the relevant checks on the potential tenant including credit checks and referencing 

Deposit Protection:


As an additional service for we can protect the deposit on behalf of landlords for peace of mind 

Rent Collection: 

12% of the monthly rent (10% + VAT)

As an additional service we can also offer a monthly rental collection, pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears.

Full Management Service:

18% of the monthly rent (15% + VAT)

Full management includes all of the above, as well as getting quotes for repairs and arranging for repairs within the property, carrying out a 6 monthly inspection and notifying the landlord of the outcome, advising the Council of a change of tenancy and holding the keys throughout the tenancy term.


To terminate a Partial or Full Management Service once commenced, the landlord agrees to give one month’s notice from the next “rent due date” and pay an additional termination fee equal to half of one month’s rent or £300.00  (whichever is greater),  plus VAT to Sansome & George, for the property being rented. This will be deducted from the last rent collected by Sansome and George.

Tenancy and File Set up Administration Fee:

£180.00 (£150.00 + VAT)

To prepare the individual property file and accompanying administration plus drawing up a tenancy agreement 

Tenancy Renewal Fee:

£60.00 (£50.00 + VAT)

If the Tenant and Landlord wishes to renew a tenancy at the end of the initial tenancy (6 or 12 months unless otherwise negotiated between all parties), another tenancy will be drawn up.

Inventory Fee:

Ranges from £105.00 to £185.00 (No VAT) depending on number of bedrooms and whether Furnished or Unfurnished. (More than 5 bedrooms or heavily furnished properties by negotiation).

Checkout Fee: 

Ranges from £90.00 to £145.00 (No VAT) depending on number of bedrooms and whether Furnished or Unfurnished. (More than 5 bedrooms or heavily furnished properties by negotiation). The check-out fee will include the unprotecting of the deposit where applicable and return it to the landlord.

Court Attendance:

£360.00 (£300.00 + VAT)

If Sansome and George are required to attend court on the Landlord’s behalf for any matter.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC):

An Energy Performance Certificate can be provided at £80.00 (No VAT)

Property Floor Plan: 

A Property Floor Plan can be provided at £30.00 (No VAT)
