The best ever.
The best ever. A nightmare journey but no fault of S & G. The management company - Sinclair Properties were absolutely awful dealing with my leasehold extension. But the most wonderful woman stepped in to take the stress from me. Babs - progression manager for Sansome & George. I would never had got through it without her. A big asset to S & G. We purchased a property, and viewed several others, through S&G. Easy to get a response across the team. We were kept updated throughout and Babs was very proactive and communicative in pushing things forward and dealing with any issues along the way. We would definitely consider using them again if we need to sell, but hopefully that won’t be for a long time!

From start to finish they handled selling of my old address to buying our new home. Courtney managed the sale and did a good job. Babs managed all the liaison between solicitors and getting bits sorted with the seller, an absolute legend for working at pace and getting stuff done. Liaison was good throughout. They even arranged removals. Overall can recommend for a good professional outfit.

Go us to completion! We had a few viewings with Sansome & George in our search for a home in Tilehurst and these were always conducted in a friendly candid manner which we appreciated. Jane Hayes pulled out all the stops to get us a viewing on a property that had just gone on the market. We were very keen an got an offer accepted the next day. The conveyancing was somewhat problematic with many challenges and frustrations but Barbara was tenacious and pragmatic in her pursuit of a positive outcome. She kept us informed throughout and was proactive in ensuring that all parties were doing their utmost to keep things moving and achieve completion before Christmas. A rocky road but we were in our new home on 16/12/25. S&G have also be very helpful in recommending trusted trades people - very much appreciated when moving to a new area.

I flew in from Texas because I had to sell a property my sister left to me. So it was never an easy thing to do! Sansome did an excellent job. Efficient and knowledgeable. Barbara and Anthony were the ones I worked with. Both were excellent. We had to deal with a 6 hour time difference and many other things that were out of the ordinary. .The house is sold. The new owners love the house, and I am so happy because my sister loved it when it was hers. Thank you Barbara and Anthony for a job well done. This wasn't your ordinary situation.
