I had heard many horror stories about selling houses but I should never have worried after receiving impeccable service from the team at Sansome and George in Tilehurst. From the first visit to have my house valued to completion, I was impressed with the professionalism of all staff involved in the sales process. Local knowledge and excellent communication was key and I felt informed every step of the way. Sales staff worked very hard to ensure constant viewings and feedback was helpful and encouraging. The negotiating skills of the team also ensured a very satisfying result when a sale was secured. What I had not anticipated was the aftercare once the sale was agreed and I was particularly grateful for the excellent work done by Helyn Collins, who was my constant contact between myself and the buyer in the lead up to completion. This was particularly reassuring and nothing was too much trouble for her, when I was concerned about any issues. All in all, the process was smooth and effortless with completion exactly as anticipated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul's team at Sansome and George for your next house sale.
