I sold my house and bought a new one with Sansome & George this year. When I went to view the house, I was given 30m for the slot (while other agents sometimes only allow 10m for each viewing). I had many questions on the day, and Lewis (Sales Assistant Manager) was able to answer them all - he had clearly done his research/homework. When it was time to sell my house, Lewis did a very good job with the photos/video and produced a lovely brochure. As a result of this, my house was sold on 1stday of viewing. We were on a short chain (only 4 families involved), we all expected a quick and smooth process, but summer months had been very eventful (full of twists and stress). This was when I got to know their Progression Manager Barbara, and benefitted a great deal from her excellent service. Barbara is brilliant with multitasks, quick thinking and problem solving; her 1stclass people skill comes with a splash of sunshine. I am convinced if it wasn’t for Barbara (her skills and dedication), this particular chain could have easily collapsed. I believe Sansome & George’s motto is ‘Taking care of you every step of the way’, and in my case, they certainly delivered that!
