Sansome & George are probably the most honest estate agents you'll find. From the first house viewing we felt they were very honest with us, and didn't try to hide any of the conditions of the house. Barbara assisted us throughout the process, and was able to help us gather information faster than we were able to get through other means. She was very helpful in speeding up the process by speaking to the seller directly. We didn't feel like there was any shady tactics, and they took down the listing appropriately once we got the offer accepted, and there wasn't any attempt to gazump us like many other estate agents do. If you want a buying process where you don't feel like you're dealing with a bunch of nonsense and shenanigans from the middleman, Sansome & George are the best you can get.
