Having had a less than positive experience with one of the bigger town centre agents, we decided to look for a smaller (independent) agent to help us sell our flat. Having spent time talking to various prospective agents, Sansome & George stood out by offering a more personal, consistent service. Thank goodness Sansome & George delivered against the sales pitch, getting us an offer within expected timescales, managing feedback and updates effectively and ultimately getting the sale over the line as quickly as possible.
