Sansome and George/Neville Turner are poles apart from any other Estate agents. They really do stand out from the crowd in every way possible. Their staff are not only helpful, they are articulate, knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond and do it genuinely. They want to avoid bidding wars too and this for us was a breath of fresh air. They understand that they are dealing with real people with real lives and it isn't just a property game. Their sales negotiator Barabara Legg is second to none! She helped us immensely even at the bottom end of the chain where her involvement should have stopped. She could see our agents weren't pulling their fingers out and I know, if it wasn't for her, we wouldn't be in our new property now! She is an absolute assest to your company and I cannot commend her enough along with Ben Tate. Keep up the good work!
