Last year I purchased 2 houses in Reading, one via Sansome & George. Sales Director, Anthony Wood, dealt with the transaction very professionally and assisted initially in agreeing a price and plan between myself and the vendor who at the time was travelling abroad, and then later when difficulties occurred he efficiently and professionally managed the process so that the sale could exchange and complete. Without Anthony's assistance, it is likely that the sale would not have completed, frustrating all concerned and taking considerably longer to restart and see through. I also had dealings with online agents and found them to be very difficult to work with. Typically, you don't get a chance to meet the agent face-to-face, there is no one person fully responsible for the process but rather a group who don't really know the exact situation and previous conversations that have taken place. I found this very difficult to the extent that it frustrated the sale. In several instances I was not able to purchase and the vendor did not get the best offer. In a house purchase/sale, issues invariably occur which can cause the sale not to proceed, frustrating everyone in the chain and causing a re-start. Working with Sansome & George was very professional, and the issues that did occur were solved in a timely manner to ensure that the sale went through. Thank you. Paul Groves
