Accompanied Viewings
As part of our service, our experienced sales professionals accompany prospective purchasers when viewing properties, giving our Vendors the freedom to get on with their already busy lives.
Constant Feedback
After each viewing of a property, we discuss the viewer’s reactions and we relay this back to our Vendor. If the viewer does not make an offer, this feedback can be useful in highlighting areas where small adjustments can make all the difference.

We provide all our Vendors with progress of the marketing campaign their property, which includes tracking software that monitors interest in each property 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
