Partial Management
To find a suitable tenant and collect monthly rent on your behalf.

Full Management
A comprehensive service where we take responsibility for the management of your property on your behalf.

Each and every property is advertised in our Lettings Brochure at both offices in Reading and Tilehurst and in the window display.

As well as our own website, all our lettings properties are advertised on Rightmove.co.uk.

Every prospective tenant is referenced through the independent referencing company ‘Homelet’ to ensure that they are suitably qualified.

Sansome & George also use a specialist independent firm to produce an inventory for each individual property to ensure everything in the property is accounted for giving both landlord and tenant peace of mind.
